- Knowledge Test and Skill Test:
- There will be no refunds issued for knowledge tests and skill tests once they have been scheduled and paid for. We dedicate significant resources and personnel to administer these assessments, and thus, refunds cannot be provided.
- Behind the Wheel Training:
- Refunds will not be granted for behind-the-wheel training services. Our instructors commit their time and expertise and organize their busy schedule to enhance your driving skills, and therefore, refunds cannot be provided.
- Rescheduling Skill Test:
- Customers may reschedule their skill test appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. A rescheduling fee of $30 will apply for any changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment. This fee covers administrative costs associated with rescheduling.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations apply to all services offered by First Safety Sunshine Driving School. If you need to cancel any service, including knowledge tests, skill tests, or behind-the-wheel training, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations; however, we appreciate timely notification to adjust our schedules accordingly.
